Play Maverick Loyalty Club Membership is free and available to anyone 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID.
By participating in the Play Maverick Loyalty Club, members agree to accept all rules set forth by the Play Maverick Loyalty Club.
Members are allowed one account only. Accounts and membership benefits are nontransferable and must be redeemed in person with valid photo identification at Red Lion, or Gold Country Inn Casino.
Red Lion and Gold Country Inn Casinos are not liable for lost or stolen cards, or unauthorized use of cards.
Play Maverick Loyalty Club members are solely responsible for obtaining property gaming ratings by
Properly inserting their Play Maverick Loyalty Club card into all slot machines.
Presenting their Play Maverick Loyalty Club card to the appropriate attendant for Table, or Poker or ratings.
Tracked ratings, loyalty points, comp dollars, FREE PLAY and other promotions are subject to verification.
All loyalty points and comp dollars earned vary based on game type, machine, amount wagered, and amount of time spent playing.
Loyalty points and comp dollars have no cash value and may not be substituted.
Errors in loyalty point or comp dollar amounts or tabulations are void.
An active Play Maverick Loyalty Club card and a matching photo ID are required to redeem loyalty points or comp dollars. A photo ID may be requested at any time to verify membership.
Play Maverick Loyalty Club members will select a personal PIN to access their account. Members should not disclose their PIN. In the case of a forgotten PIN, or if a member wishes to reset their PIN, they will need to visit the Play Maverick Loyalty Club and present a valid ID.
Period of inactivity (no rated play for a 12-month period) will result in forfeiture of all loyalty points, and comp dollar balances.
Members are responsible for promptly notifying Play Maverick Loyalty Club of all name, address, or email changes, in writing or in person.
If any of the preceding rules are found to be invalid, all other rules shall remain in effect.
Some Red Lion and Gold Country Inn employees may be eligible for Play Maverick Loyalty Club membership but may not be eligible for all club privileges. See Play Maverick Loyalty Club for detail.
Play Maverick Loyalty Club tier cards (Member, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Maverick) are based on a 12-month period of accumulated Tier Credits. Tier Credits are tracked by the Play Maverick Loyalty Club system and the qualifying tiers are determined by preset tier point thresholds that can be found posted in this Play Maverick Loyalty Club brochure and all Play Maverick Loyalty Club desk and kiosks. All non-qualifying Play Maverick Loyalty Club tier cards are not valid for Play Maverick Loyalty Club membership benefits and must be surrendered.
Tier upgrades will be calculated and awarded daily.
Tier downgrades will occur 12 months after a tier upgrade is awarded if that tier level is not maintained according to tier point thresholds. Tier downgrades are determined based on the latest 12 months of gaming activity.
Membership in the Play Maverick Loyalty Club is a privilege and may be refused, cancelled, or revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Red Lion and Gold Country Inn Casinos. Unredeemed loyalty points and comp dollars shall be forfeited and eliminated upon cancellation or revocation of membership.
Red Lion and Gold Country Inn Casinos reserve the right to change or cancel the Play Maverick Loyalty Club or its rules at any time without notice.
Use of the Play Maverick Loyalty Club card indicated acceptance of the rules of the Play Maverick Loyalty Club.
